1) Where do you cover?
We hire bouncy castles in Aylesbury (surrounding towns and villages) and Hemel Hempstead.
2) Can I go on the children’s bouncy castle with my children?
No, sorry no adults allowed on the children bouncy castles as they will tear. The castle is suitable for when the children are old enough to walk and get on and off safely.
3) Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes. All of our inflatables are insured by a £5m cover. This covers the unit for any mishap that may occur due to the inflatable being faulty. IT DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTS WHICH MAYBE CAUSED DUE TO HUMAN ERROR, IMPROPER USE OF THE UNIT OR LACK OF ADEQUATE SUPERVISION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, AS THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE THAT THE UNIT IS PROPERLY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND THAT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE WE PROVIDE YOU ARE PROPERLY ADHERED TO. A copy of our insurance certificate is always available for inspection with our delivery drivers if required. For hall hires, you can request a copy of our certificate in advance.
4) It is raining shall I cover the blower with an old coat?
No, the blower is never to be covered as that will restrict the air flow. The blower has waterproof seals inside so it is fine in the rain.
5) I turned the blower off when you left because the castle was full and it has gone down completely now?
You have to leave the blower running the whole time you want the castle to be used.
6) I can hear a hissing noise is that ok?
Yes, that is simply the air flowing through the unit.
7) It was raining earlier and now my castle is bubbling?
Wipe the bed over with a dry towel to remove the excess water.
